In Stryi, Lviv region, LLC “IPR Aqua Ukraine,” a part of the international company Dekonta with headquarters in the Czech Republic, begins its operations. This was reported to ZAXID.NET by the company’s representatives in Stryi.
Dekonta a.s. operates in the environmental sector – wastewater and air purification, pollution research, waste management, ecological developments, etc. “IPR Aqua Ukraine” specializes in water purification and will manufacture mobile units for this purpose in Stryi. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Deconta has been actively helping Ukrainians by developing environmental solutions for the waters and soils contaminated due to military actions (Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and other regions), with research, including the soils of the Kakhovka HPP after the explosion of its dam last year, and more.
Since the beginning of this year, the subsidiary company IPR Aqua, specializing in water purification, has delivered more than 10 mobile water purification units to Ukraine to regions suffering from water supply issues, such as Mykolaiv region.
On March 15, the company “IPR Aqua Ukraine,” which will produce mobile water purification units on site, was registered in Stryi. “IPR Aqua Ukraine” has launched production at the facilities of another Czech company in Stryi – Time&Space.
In addition to production capacities, LLC “Time and Space Ukraine” provides partners with legal, customs, accounting services, and consultations according to the German-Czech business model Synergifactory. Before the invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the production employed about 160 people – mostly from Stryi. Currently, the company periodically opens new vacancies, as some employees have left or joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “IPR Aqua Ukraine” will also serve as a distribution center for the company, operating throughout Ukraine.
